OPTION 1: Stay with your Real Estate Bokerage and join NEXA Lending as a Business Development Manager (BDM)…This BDM ROLE does’t require any extra licensing or testing. You just do what you already do for Buyers and Sellers but simply document the process.

OPTION 2: Get your NMLS License by taking a 20 hour intense mortgage class and then passing the state & federal Mortgage Broker Test. This would give you the option of making more as a fully licensed Loan Officer but would require additional actions on your files.
